1. T-Tool Guarantee
- T-Tool products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials.
- The guarantee does not cover issues arising from misuse, faulty application, third-party alterations, or damage.
2. Privacy Policy
- T-Tool USA LLC prioritizes customer privacy.
- Personal information (name, email, address, etc.) will never be shared with third parties.
- Credit card transactions are secure and encrypted through a trusted payment gateway; T-Tool does not store credit card information.
3. Shipping Terms and Return Policy
- All goods are shipped in their original factory condition from Weston, FL.
- Shipments are FOB (Free On Board), meaning that T-Tool’s responsibility ends once the goods are shipped.
- T-Tool is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments unless the customer requests insurance.
- Returns are allowed only with prior approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Minimum Order Value (MOV): Orders under $50 incur a $7.95 fee.

Return Conditions for T-Tool Products:
- Restocking Fees:
- Stock Items: A 15% restocking fee applies to returned stock items.
- Non-Stock (Third-Party) Items: A 25% restocking fee applies to returned non-stock items.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom Tooling Orders: Custom orders cannot be returned.
- Discontinued or Closeout Items: These items are not returnable.
- Time Limit:
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
- Shipping Charges:
- Prepaid Return Shipping: All return shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer. T-Tool does not cover the cost of return shipping.
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):
- An RMA number is required for all returns. Merchandise will not be accepted without prior approval and an RMA.
- Restocking Fees:
